WHAT FILE TYPE / SIZES CAN BE OBTAINED?

All the images presented on this site are available for purchase at the following sizes:

Web Usage 72 dpi (800 pixels across at longest point) RGB Jpeg - 200kb
A5 300 dpi (21cm / 8.3 inches across at longest point) RGB Tiff - 12MB
A4 300 dpi (29.7cm / 11.7 inches across at longest point) RGB Tiff - 25MB
A3 300 dpi (42cm / 16.5 inches across at longest point) RGB Tiff - 50MB

WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF IMAGES?

Individual image prices are as follows:

CD Collections (30 A4 JPEG images per CD) are US$595.00

HOW DO I ORDER IMAGES?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE AFTER PAYMENT TO BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES?

A link to the location of the purchased image(s) (with download instructions) is disclosed to the purchaser via email within 24 hours of payment being processed. A customer invoice is also included with this email.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CD COLLECTION TO ARRIVE VIA MAIL?

Image CD collections are dispatched using international express post (included in the cost), within 24 hours of processed payment and take approximately 3-4 working days to reach most international destinations.

WHAT LEGAL RIGHTS DO BUYERS HAVE OVER IMAGES THEY PURCHASE?

All images are available as Royalty Free. This means you pay only once for an image and that the purchaser may use it for multiple projects over an unlimited period of time. The Image prices vary only based on size.

You may not however incorporate the image into a derivative artwork for which a claim of new copyright may be sought or obtained, or for the purpose of redistributing, sublicensing or re-selling the image. Copyright entitlements remain the intellectual property of the original photographer, care of Wax Visual Stock Photography.

Wax Visual gives no rights or warranties with regard to the use of names, trademarks, registered or copyrighted designs or works of art depicted within the context of any image. Therefore it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the necessary rights or consents required for reproduction are obtained (if necessary).

Wax Visual will not be liable for any damages or legal action incurred from reproduction and publication of an Image without valid model or property release documentation.

ARE MODEL RELEASE FORMS AVAILABLE FOR IMAGES INCLUDING PEOPLE?

Images from this site which include human subjects may only legaly be used for editorial purposes (ie not advertising) as no model release forms are provided. Wax Visual Stock photography assumes no responsibility for damages brought about to a third party due to legal issues arising from mis-use of images.
